DIGO VWS SP.PUTZ
Product: VWS-Sp.putz is a fibre-reinforced decorative plaster for outdoor use with a very beautiful structure, without mineral binders. It consists of an alkali-resistant, plasticizer-free, synthetic resin dispersion, fine and coarse fillers and pigments.
Specific use: VWS-Sp.putz is used on the Digo VWS-10 system, and is made for every sound and even base.
Characteristics: Weather and water-resistant, optimally breathing, shock-resistant, has good adhesion and is easy to Water absorption (KWA): [ kg/ (m2-24h) ] 6.1%

Colour: Available according to an elaborate colour spectrum. Various lots can show small differences in colour, caused by the mineral components. In order to prevent colour differences, it is advised to order the total quantity required for a project. Always mix different lots with each other.
Processing temperature: Do not use at a surface and ambient temperature below + 5°C.
Method of application: VWS-Sp.putz is applied with a stainless steel finishing trowel, or spraying equipment (among other things funnel pistol). Apply VWS-Sp.putz by means of a finishing trowel at grain thickness, after that structure with plastic trowel. When using spraying equipment, spray until an even structure is obtained.
Consumption:
VWS Sp.putz fine ± 2.0 kg per m2
VWS Sp.putz middle ± 2.7 kg per m2
VWS Sp.putz coarse ± 3.0 kg per m²
Packing: In plastic buckets of 17 kg.
Surface: The surface must be dry and free from dust, grease and powdery coats of paint (wipe-resistant, whitewash coats). Powdery surfaces must be pre-treated with Diepgrondering ov. See separate product information sheet. Always pre-treat the surface in colour with Ruwer. See separate product information sheet.
Storage: Protect against heat and frost.
Remark: It can be cleaned with all kinds of cleaners except solvents. VWS-Sp.putz can be repainted. Digo decorative plasters must always be applied with stainless steel tools. In the case of strong wind and bright sunlight, precautions against fast drying must be taken.
