DIGO ARTISTUC
Product: Artistuc is a high-grade mineral decorative plaster of hydraulic binder and synthetic resins offering many design and application possibilities.
Specific use: Artistuc is excellently suitable for finishing non-plastered indoor and outdoor walls, e.g. gypsum boards and cellular concrete blocks. Artistuc is a combination of stucco layer and decorative plaster. It is suitable for renovations as well as new buildings, in combination with a finishing layer.
Characteristics: Technical: Artistuc is weather-resistant, breathing, shock-resistant, is easy to apply and thoroughly coloured.
Aesthetical: Artistuc offers many design possibilities by means of colour combinations in sub and top layer and by fine or coarse structures.
Economical: Artistuc's spraying ability by means of a worm gear pump (plaster-spraying equipment) allows a high production speed. The combination stucco layer/finishing layer and colour in one enable a shorter construction time.
Colour: Coloured with oxide pigments. Available in white, 20 standard colours and on request. Combination of colours (e.g. dark-light) in sub/top layer by means of mutual mixture with white. In order to prevent colour differences, it is advised to order the total quantity required for a project Always mix different lots with each other.
Processing temperature: Do not use at a surface and ambient temperature below + 5°C.
Method of application: Artistuc is dispersed in clean water and by means of a high-speed mixer stirred into a porridge like substance. Ratio: 3 parts of Artistuc to 1 part of water. Apply Artistuc in one or more layers at thickness and level. After drying a top layer in the desired colour and structure must be applied. When using spraying equipment, set the correct Artistuc/water ratio and finish as described above.
Consumption: Depending on surface and the desired structure 5 to 20 kg per m2 (± 1kg per m2/mm layer thickness) Minimum layer thickness: inside 3 mm/outside 10 mm.
Packing/Contents: In sacks of 25 kg.
Surface: The surface must be sound, free from dust, grease and dry. Highly absorbent surfaces must be pre-treated with Voorstrijk Bindmiddel (3 parts of water, 1 part of Voorstrijk Bindmiddel). Pre-treat smooth surfaces with Stuc-Contact. See separate product information sheet.
Storage: Store moisture-free.
Remark: In the case of strong wind and bright sunlight, precautions against fast drying must be taken.

Although the utmost attention has been paid to the accuracy of the colors, can not be guaranteed that every steel fully corresponds to the original materials. There may be colour deviations result from:
a the printing process
b different structures
c variations in natural raw materials
d your screen settings.
