Murofill
Product: Murofill is a powdered, coarse grained material for indoor and outdoor finishing. It consisting of mineral fillers and pigments, hydraulic binder and high-grade synthetic resins.
Specific use: Murofill is suitable for any sound surface on indoor and outdoor ceilings and walls including cellular concrete, chipboard, and gypsum board. Murofill is excellently suitable for non-rough-casted outdoor façades.
Characteristics: Murofill is weather-resistant, breathing, shock-resistant, fireproof, has a very good adhesion and is easy to apply.

Colour: Murofill is delivered in white and on request. Various lots can show small differences in colour, caused by the mineral components. In order to prevent colour differences, it is advised to order the total quantity required for a project. Always mix different lots with each other.
Processing temperature: Do not use at a surface and ambient temperature below + 5°C.
Method of application: Murofill is scattered in clean water and by means of a high-speed mixer made into a porridge-like to stiff substance (in the ratio of 2 to 3 parts of Murofill to 1 part of water) depending on the desired structure or surface. The substance must be left for about 20 minutes. Possibly add water to obtain the desired thickness. Before spraying Murofill, first a thin layer Murofill must be applied. Afterwards the finishing layer is applied "wet in wet". In case of very irregular surfaces where a thick plaster must be applied it is advised to apply two layers of plaster, the first of which has to be hardened.
Consumption: Depending on the surface and the desired structure 5 to 10 kg per m2.
+ 1 kg per m2/ mm layer thickness.
Packing/Contents: In sacks of 25 kg.
Surface: The surface must be dry and free from dust, grease and powdery coats of paint (wipe-resistant, whitewash coats). Powdery surfaces must be pre-treated with Digo Diepgrondering. See separate product information sheet. Highly-absorbing surfaces must be pre-treated with Digo Voorstrijk Bindmiddel (3 parts of water, 1 part of Voorstrijk Bindmiddel). Use Digo Stuc-Contact on smooth surfaces. See separate product information sheet.
Storage: Store dry and free from moisture.
Remark: It can be cleaned with all kinds of cleaners except solvents. Murofill can be painted over excellently. Digo decorative plasters must always be applied with stainless steel tools. In case of strong wind and bright sunlight, precautions against fast drying must be taken. Possibly spray (humidify) with water. For a lasting beautiful result after drying, treat with impregnating agent.
