DIGO AK PLEISTER

Product: Acoustic Spray Plaster is a powdery spray plaster on a basis of an alkali-resistant synthetic resin. In addition to high-grade mineral fillers and pigments, it contains a vermiculate grain that gives structure to the surface.

Specific use: Acoustic Spray Plaster is only used indoors. It is suitable for any level and rough surface including cellular concrete, chipboard, gypsum board and fixed layers of paint, is particularly suited for a decorative ceiling finishing.

Colour: Acoustic Spray Plaster  is delivered in white.

Processing temperature: Do not use at a surface and ambient temperature below + 5°C.

Method of application: Acoustic Spray Plaster is dispersed in clean water and mixed with a mixr. Add ± 7 to 8 litres of water per package of 10kg, depending on the application ( manual of spraying). The substance must be left for about 20 minutes. If necessary, add water to get the desired thickness.  Spray material with funnel pistol or worm gear pump.

Consumption: Dependent on the surface and desired structure.
At a layer thickness of 1 cm the consumption is 5 kg per m2.

Packing/Contents: In sacks of 10 kg.

Surface: The surface must be dry and free from dust, grease and powdery coats of paint (wipe-resistant, whitewash coats). Powdery surfaces must be pre-treated with Undercoating solvent-free. (See separate product information sheet.)  Pre-treat highly-absorbing surfaces with Voorstrijk Bindmiddel (3 parts of water, 1 part of Voorstrijk Bindmiddel). Pre-treat smooth surfaces with Stuc-Contact. (See separate product information sheet.)
