DIGO MONTAGE MORTEL
Product: Montage Mortel is a powdery adhesive mortar that consists of hydraulic binder, aggregates and fine mineral fillers.
Specific use: Montage Mortel is used for fastening of plaster sections for outdoor and indoor uses.
Characteristics: Montage Mortel has a good adherence and adhesiveness.
Lowest processing temp.: Do not use Montage Mortel when the outside temperature and/or the temperature of the material can drop below 5°C during drying. + 5o C.
Method of application: Montage Mortel is prepared with clean water to an excellently treatable and firm mortar. The mortar is applied to the surface every 25 cm after which the sections are pressed in the mortar. Remove the mortar bulging out from the sections. After hardening, the plaster layer can be applied. Do not prepare more than that can be applied within 25 minutes. Temperature differences can influence the processing time.
Consumption: Dependent upon the sections.
Packing/Contents: In sacks of 25 kg.
Surface: The surface must be free from dust, grease and powdery coats of paint and dry.
Storage: Store dry and free from moisture.
