Colorstuc
DIGO COLORSTUC
Product: Colorstuc is a smooth ready for use effect plaster for indoor use without mineral binders on the basis of an alkali-resistant, plasticizer-free, synthetic resin dispersion.
Specific use: Colorstuc is a decorative plaster for indoor use, fit for walls that are finished evenly plastered and wall boards of e.g. gypsum boards.
Characteristics: Colorstuc produces a very smooth and multi-colour top layer, is decorative and breathing. By applying a coating ( Wax, Cementcoat or Coating mat 2-componenten), the water proofing, hardness and glow is increased.
Colour: Available according to an elaborate colour spectrum. Various lots can show small differences in colour. In order to prevent colour differences, it is advised to order the total quantity required for a project. Always mix different lots with each other.
Processing temperature: Do not use at a surface and ambient temperature below + 5°C.
Method of application: Colorstuc is applied with filling knifes (e.g. Duoflex) or plastering trowels in 3 to 4 thin layers. A first layer of Colorstuc is applied as thin as possible and evenly by means of a filling knife or plastering trowel. After that, apply Colorstuc in arbitrary direction by means of a filling knife or plastering trowel, in thin layers and with short strokes. After application, immediately remove again. Repeat 3 to 4 times. A light glow is obtained by lightly sandpaper the surface by means of the filling knife or plastering trowel held side ward. By using a final layer of transparent coating, a deeper colour, increased glow and a more solid surface is obtained. Also apply in arbitrary direction in one layer and with short strokes.
Consumption: 0.4 kg per m2.
Packing/Contents In plastic buckets of 7 and 15 kg.
Surface: The surface must be dry and free from dust, grease and powdery coats of paint (wipe-resistant, whitewash coats). Powdery surfaces must be pre-treated with Diepgrond ov. See separate product information sheet. Pre-treat highly-absorbing surfaces with Ruwer. For a good result, it is important that the surface is as level as possible and has an even absorption over the entire surface.
Storage: Protect against heat and frost.
Remark: It can be cleaned with all kinds of cleaners except solvents.

Although the utmost attention has been paid to the accuracy of the colors, can not be guaranteed that every steel fully corresponds to the original materials. There may be colour deviations result from:
a the printing process
b different structures
c variations in natural raw materials
d your screen settings.
