Micro-coat
Product: Micro-coat is a ready to use decorative plaster on a basis of a transparent, alkali-resistant, plasticizer-free and non-saponifiable acrylic dispersion and fine coloured fillers.
Specific use: Micro-coat is suitable for any sound level surface on indoor walls and ceilings including concrete, chipboard, gypsum board and coats of paint.
Characteristics: Micro-coat has a very fine structure, is water-resistant, optimally breathing, elastic, crack- and shrink-free, has a very good adhesion and is easy to apply.
Colour:
It is delivered in standard colours and on request. Various lots can show small differences in colour. In order to prevent colour differences, it is advised to order the total quantity required for a project. Always mix different lots with each other.
Processing temperature: Do not use at a surface and ambient temperature below + 5°C.
Method of application:
Micro-coat can be applied with a whitewash brush or stainless steel trowel. When using a whitewash brush 2 to 3 layers should be applied in order to prevent a stained appearance. Micro-coat may be diluted with ± 10% water. Apply pure by means of stainless steel trowel. Apply the material in such a way that the base is fully covered after drying. After slight drying (± 1 hour), plaster with a clean wet stainless steel trowel.
Consumption: ± 1-1,5 kg per m2.
Packing: In plastic buckets of 10 kg.
Surface:
The surface must be dry and free from dust, grease and powdery coats of paint (wipe-resistant, whitewash coats). Powdery surfaces must be pre-treated with Diepgrondering ov. See separate product information sheet. Pre-treat the surface with Ruwer. See separate product information sheet.
Storage: Protect against heat and frost.
Remark:It can be cleaned with all kinds of cleaners except solvents. Digo decorative plasters must always be applied with stainless steel tools. This decorative plaster is particularly suited for do-it-yourself.

Although the utmost attention has been paid to the accuracy of the colors, can not be guaranteed that every steel fully corresponds to the original materials. There may be colour deviations result from:
a the printing process
b different structures
c variations in natural raw materials
d your screen settings.
