DIGO SPACHTELPUTZ BINNEN
Product: Spachtelputz binnen is a solvent-free plaster for indoor use having a very beautiful structure, without mineral binders. It consists of an alkali-resistant, solvent-free and plasticizer-free acrylic dispersion, fine and course fillers and pigments.
Specific use: Spachtelputz binnen is suitable for any sound level surface on indoor walls and ceilings including cement, cellular concrete, chipboard, gypsum board and fixed layers of paint.
Characteristics: It is optimally breathing, shock-resistant, elastic, optimally adhesive and is easy to apply.
Colour: Available according to an elaborate colour spectrum. Various lots can show small differences in colour. In order to prevent colour differences, it is advised to order the total quantity required for a project. Always mix different lots with each other.
Processing temperature: Do not use at a surface and ambient temperature below + 5o C.
Method of application: Spachtelputz binnen is applied with a stainless steel trowel or spraying equipment (e.g. funnel pistol). When using a trowel, Spachtelputz binnen must be applied at grain thickness. After that, abrade trowel marks with a plastic trowel. When using spraying equipment, spray until an even structure is obtained.
Consumption:
Spachtelputz fine : ± 2.0 kg per m2
Spachtelputz middle: ± 2.7 kg per m2
Packing/Contents: In plastic buckets of 8 and 17 kg.
Surface: The surface must be dry and free from dust, grease and powdery coats of paint (wipe-resistant, whitewash coats). Powdery surfaces must be pre-treated with Undercoating solvent-free. See separate product information sheet. Always pre-treat the surface in colour with Ruwer. See separate product information sheet. Surfaces that can cause discolouration, pre-treat with Renovatie voorstrijk. See separate product information sheet.
Storage: Protect against heat and frost.
Remark: It can be cleaned with all kinds of cleaners except solvents. Spachtelputz binnen can be painted over. Digo decorative plasters must always be applied with stainless steel tools.

Although the utmost attention has been paid to the accuracy of the colors, can not be guaranteed that every steel fully corresponds to the original materials. There may be colour deviations result from:
a the printing process
b different structures
c variations in natural raw materials
d your screen settings.
