Rolputz
DIGO ROLPUTZ
Product: Rolputz is a ready to use decorative plaster on a basis of an alkali-resistant, plasticizer-free and non-saponifiable acrylic dispersion and fine and course fillers and pigments.
Specific use: Rolputz is suitable for any flat and sound surface on indoor and outdoor ceilings and walls including concrete, chipboard, gypsum board and coats of paint.
Characteristics: Rolputz is weather and water-resistant, optimally breathing, elastic, shock-resistant, has an excellent adhesion and is easy to apply.

Colour: Available according to an elaborate colour spectrum. Various lots can show small differences in colour. In order to prevent colour differences, it is advised to order the total quantity required for a project. Always mix different lots with each other.
Processing temperature: Do not use at a surface and ambient temperature below + 5°C.
Method of application: Rolputz can be applied with a roller in one go on the wall. With the roller, the material is divided in the desired thickness, immediately after which the desired structure can be achieved with the roller. Rolputz can also be applied with a stainless steel trowel, after which the desired structure can be obtained with a roller, trowel or another type of equipment.
Consumption: Depending on the structure: 3 to 4 kg per m2.
Packing/Contents: In plastic buckets of 7 and 15 kg.
Surface: The surface must be dry and free from dust, grease and powdery coats of paint (wipe-resistant, whitewash coats).
Powdery surfaces must be pre-treated with Undercoating solvent-free. See separate product information sheet.
The surface must be pre-treated with Ruwer in the same colour. See separate product information sheet.
Storage: Protect against heat and frost.
Remark: It can be cleaned with all kinds of cleaners except solvents. Digo decorative plasters must always be applied with stainless steel tools. This decorative plaster is particularly suited for do-it-yourself. In the case of strong wind and bright sunlight, precautions against fast drying must be taken. This product is also available without solvents.

Although the utmost attention has been paid to the accuracy of the colors, can not be guaranteed that every steel fully corresponds to the original materials. There may be colour deviations result from:
a the printing process
b different structures
c variations in natural raw materials
d your screen settings.
